The rooftop pool was a nice addition to the hotel experience, providing a refreshing place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of trendy restaurants and bars within walking distance. the breakfast offered was quite satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The service at the hotel was a bit lackluster. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to turn on the sauna and open the gym, a hassle.

Located in the vibrant Palermo Soho, it offers a convenient spot to explore the neighborhood's restaurants and shops. The hotel is in a "safe" area by local standards, ensuring a worry-free stay. With its central location, it's easy to catch a taxi to the airport for a flight.
The pool is on the smaller side and could benefit from being warmer for a more enjoyable swimming experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Pleno Palermo Soho. The front desk staff were great too make our stay comfortable and convenient. They even stored our bags and allowed us to stay longer on our departure day. The room was also quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and tranquil atmosphere.

The hotel's location in the Recoleta area is unbeatable - close to everything and literally next to the famous restaurant Don Julio. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was excellent.

We had a great time during our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, as it was in Palermo and near many attractions. The staff, from the receptionists to the kitchen staff, were accommodating and helpful in fulfilling our requests, including our change of room. The room amenities were impressive, as we had a soundproofed room, free Wi-Fi, and an electric kettle. The spa and wellness centre were also delightful, with the seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers.
